Physical wellbeing: Walking and wheeling outdoors has been known to improve cardiovascular health, strengthen muscles, and enhance overall physical wellbeing.

Mental wellbeing: Being out in nature is a glorious thing to do. It reduces stress, anxiety, and depression while boosting mood and our self-esteem. Socialising during these outdoor get togethers can promote a sense of belonging and help to decrease feelings of loneliness or isolation.

Improved Focus and Creativity: Moving, or simply observing nature during outdoor activities can enhance concentration, creativity, and problem solving abilities. These interactions help inform another perspective in life while interacting in something new.

Connection with Nature: Walking or wheeling outdoors in fresh air allows you to connect with nature, fostering appreciation for the environment and providing a sense of tranquillity and peace.

Increased Energy Levels: Physical activity releases endorphins, which boost energy levels to help combat fatigue, leading to an overall increase in vitality.

Better Sleep: Regular outdoor activity can promote better sleep quality, since natural light helps regulate circadian rhythms
