About Me

Hi, I’m Kas. I’m a Counsellor and Psychotherapist (Prof. Dip Psy C, MNCPS Accred.), accredited by the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.

Over the past 35 years I’ve worked across a range of industries and understand the psychological impact of long hours, shifting demands, and sustained external pressure. Being in my late forties, I also bring a lived understanding of how life transitions and hormonal changes can intensify anxiety, exhaustion, or emotional overwhelm.

I have particular experience working within the creative and entertainment industries, where pressure, visibility, irregular work, and unspoken expectations can leave little room to pause or reflect. My work is confidential and grounded in the understanding that privacy and trust are essential for meaningful therapy.

I work pluralistically, drawing from established psychotherapeutic approaches. I pay attention to thoughts and emotions, the body and nervous system, and the quieter signals that point towards unmet needs or unresolved tension.
My approach recognises the connection between mind, body, intuition, and lived experience, and holds space for both practical concerns and deeper questions of meaning or direction.

Together, we look at the whole of your experience, past influences, present pressures, and what feels important now, to support change that is grounded, realistic, and aligned with your life.
