Book a no obligation 25 minute intro chat. The purpose being for you to ask questions see how therapy can help. This can be in person or online. It is easiest to contact me via email, texts don't always come through.

If you do choose to call, please note I won't pick up during sessions or meetings and I will not have voicemail on.

I will endeavour to respond within 24 hours

Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 - outside of holiday times.
