Hi, I’m Kas. I help people make sense of their anxiety by looking at the whole picture - what shaped you, what you're carrying now, and what you want your life to be.
My work brings together past to present understanding, nervous system regulation, and support with direction when everything feels stuck or overwhelming.

You don’t need to be in crisis to get in touch. Sometimes it’s about having a steady place where you can slow down, untangle what’s happening inside, and feel more grounded in yourself again.
