Where We Work

Kas Therapy Room

Therapy Room

I work from a welcoming, wheelchair-accessible room where you can settle, slow down and speak freely. It’s a steady space held with care and professionalism.

Online

With online therapy, we can work together no matter where you are. With online video calls, we can connect from the comfort of your own home, office, or even while travelling.

How we work together

I offer longer term, weekly psychotherapy at a steadier pace - the kind of work that looks at your past, your present, and where you want your life to move next. It’s not the fast paced world of tips, hacks or quick fixes - we do have tools to actively use and we focus on meaningful, lasting change. Occasionally there may be things to reflect on or try between sessions, which can help greatly.

If you’re not sure where to begin, we start wherever you are. Sometimes there aren’t words yet - we explore at your own pace until things become clearer.

No subject is off limits. When life feels noisy, overwhelming, or “not quite right,” this is a safe and confidential space to bring whatever you’re carrying. Speaking things out loud in a considered, honest way can be incredibly grounding, and increasing your self awareness is often the first step towards real change.

I’m a pluralistic and trauma informed therapist, and a core part of my work involves calming and regulating the nervous system so you can feel steadier and more grounded. I integrate psychodynamic understanding of past patterns, here and now exploration of your present pressures, and future focused methods like CBT when practical support is helpful. My approach is holistic, recognising the connection between mind, body, intuition and lived experience, and I draw on creative methods when a different perspective is needed.

This is a safe, inclusive space for people from all backgrounds, identities and experiences. I may not know everything about your world, but I’m open, respectful and ready to learn from you so we can work well together.
