I offer therapy to help you make sense of anxiety, stress, and the experiences that shape how you feel and live.
Anxiety rarely appears out of nowhere. It often develops through the pressures we face, the expectations we carry, and the ways we’ve learned to cope over time. Psychotherapy offers a steady place to slow things down, explore these connections, and make sense of what feels overwhelming.
I have particular experience working with people in the entertainment and creative industries, including performers, cast, and crew where pressure, uncertainty, and public visibility can quietly take a toll.
You don’t need to be in crisis to get in touch. Sometimes therapy simply offers a calm place to pause, untangle what’s happening inside, and feel more grounded in yourself.
